The Pricing Power Index (PPI) is a measure of relative buyer/seller negotiating power in the San Diego Downtown (92101) real estate market. The higher the slope of the PPI (the black line), the more relative power the buyer has. The lower the black line, the more pricing power the seller has. Green boxes are average price per square foot of condo asking prices. The Red line is about neutral in terms of buyer/seller pricing power.
